On April 23, 2024, the US Department of Labor (“DOL”) announced a final rule on overtime pay, “Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees,” which will significantly increase the number of employees eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).
