Photo by Gregory Shamus/Getty Images I (Drew) step in for Ledman on this one, and I must confess, I was slightly loopy after a 7-hour drive after a week at the beach. Ryan and I get down to the business of Fletcher Loyer’s off-season. It’s all about getting up more shots in fewer minutes next season for one of the nation’s most skilled, experienced guards. We tackle:How does he fit into Purdue’s suddenly crowded backcourt? What would you like to see out of him on offense?

Drew and Ryan discuss the improvements we’d like to see in Gicarri Harris’s game heading into the ‘25-’26 season. Brian Fluharty-Imagn Images Drew steps in for Andrew to discuss Gicarri Harris with Ryan. Gregory Fisher-Imagn Images With another Purdue game just around the corner I wanted to again ask each member of the staff to provide their insight. Everyone who provided a prediction for Thursday’s game selected Purdue to win, no surprise of course, but Drew was very close to picking the exact score so maybe pay a bit more attention to us huh? Eric Canha-Imagn Images With the Purdue game coming up today it’s time to put the staff on record as to who they think will win the first round matchup between the High Point Panthers and of course of beloved Purdue Boilermakers. Ledman:It has to be Purdue. I’m tired of the talking heads including folks on CBS, NBC, ESPN, basically everywhere, taking High Point and pointing out that Purdue has a history of losing to double digit seeds.

Steven Bisig-Imagn Images Ryan and I are back to discuss the recent Purdue men’s basketball victory over new Big Ten member Washington. This one was an ugly first 20 minutes. There’s no way you can argue otherwise. Purdue scored just 22 points in the first half yet somehow went into halftime down just 8 points. Ryan and I disagree on if a better team than Washington would have had Purdue down by 20 or more at halftime.
