    March 28, 2024 —After the tragic March 22nd terrorist attack on a Moscow concert hall that left over 130 people killed, the faction of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, ISIS-K (Khorasan), had claimed responsibility. Russian President Vladimir Putin rejected previous US warnings that a terrorist attack might take place. Even after finally admitting that “radical Islamists” were behind the attack, he has suggested it was connected to Ukraine; a claim vehemently denied by the Ukrainian government.
