UGA Football running back Trevor Etienne was selected No. 114 overall by the Carolina Panthers in the 2025 NFL Draft. This is a loaded running back class, with many saying that it is the deepest since the 2017 draft that included Christian McCaffrey and Dalvin Cook. That is why Etienne’s declaration for the draft was a little surprising at the time. Etienne is coming off of his junior year at Georgia (his only year in Athens) where he rushed for just 609 yards and nine touchdowns.
