FARGO — As warmer temperatures roll in, construction season is heating up in Fargo and Cass County, with dozens of road projects planned through the summer and into the fall. One of the largest undertakings is the $18 million reconstruction of 32nd Avenue South, which will run through the summer in multiple phases. The project includes new concrete pavement, streetlights, signals and bike trails on both sides of the roadway.
