    HUNTER, N.D. — A 41-year-old Fargo woman was charged with criminal vehicular injury and two drug crimes after a crash injured three people, including herself, in rural Cass County. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the woman was driving a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe westbound on Cass County Road 26 at approximately 8 a.m. Friday, June 13, one-half mile west of Northern Cass Public Schools in Hunter.     ST. PAUL — Minnesota health care programs are bracing for the impacts of $700 billion in proposed cuts to Medicaid funding at the federal level.     FARGO — Homeward Animal Shelter is over capacity and asking for the public's help to find more foster homes or permanent homes for its dogs. The shelter is designed to comfortably house nine dogs but is currently sheltering 17. Some dogs have been waiting over three months, and more than 30 others are already in foster care. Heather Clyde, operations director at the shelter, said the issue appears to be part of a post-COVID trend, with more people facing financial or housing instability.
