Tuggle spent the 2024 season with the Bulldogs. He played in eight games and recorded three receptions for 34 yards (11.3 yards per catch).

In what was somewhat of a surprise, news broke late on April 10 that class of 2026 four-star offensive tackle Kelvin Obot was on his way to East Lansing, Michigan for an official visit with Michigan State during the weekend of April 11 through April 13.

Massachusetts transfer running back CJ Hester has committed to Michigan. Hester was in Ann Arbor this weekend for a visit. As a sophomore, Hester spent the 2024 season at UMass under head coach Don Brown, prior to Brown's firing on Nov. 18, 2024. He played for Western Michigan as a true freshman under head coach Lance Taylor in 2023. Hester will have two years of eligibility remaining, with the option for a redshirt if needed.

Rising 2028 New Jersey athlete Phoenix Evans embarked on a Midwest swing to Michigan State and Michigan on his birthday on Tuesday. He then traveled to Notre Dame on Wednesday. Evans was also planning to take a trip to Northwestern on Wednesday, but he was unable to make it to Evanston. The Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, New Jersey) standout enjoyed his trips to the states of Michigan and Indiana and spoke with Rivals.com to recap each visit.

It didn't take long for class of 2026 four-star quarterback Gavin Sidwar to realize that Missouri was the right place for him. Following a day-and-a-half visit to Columbia on Wednesday and Thursday, Sidwar committed to the Tigers on Friday. The La Salle College High School (Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania) signal-caller spoke with Rivals.com to detail the decision. For Sidwar, a feeling came over him that compelled him to commit to head coach Eliah Drinkwitz's program.
