    TOLEDO, Ohio — We kicked off Saturday with some rumbles of thunder and downpours, and while the worst of the heavy rain may be behind us, we’re not entirely done just yet. Showers will continue to linger on and off throughout Saturday, but they’ll come in waves. That means you might get a downpour, then a break, then another round. Here are the three things to know about hazardous weather conditions. 1. Ice will begin to develop late Monday night as freezing rain begins to fall across the region. 2.
