Sabina Ionescu

Sabina started her WordPress journey in 2014. As part of the Themeisle team, she was involved in building and launching many of the company’s successful projects. As the business grew, she switched many hats, from operations to product marketing and from digital marketing to leading the marketing team. After getting a diploma in Communications and PR, and a Masters in Philosophy, she worked for various tech brands. Sabina believes that “true marketing shouldn’t feel like marketing”, it should feel real, helpful, even fun. Sabina is a Chartered Marketer in Digital Media and Branding. She now helps create brands by building connections with real people and delivering meaningful experiences their users. The open source values have motivated Sabina to get involved in the WordPress community, organizing meetups and WordCamps. Sabina’s curiosity drives her to meet new people, learn their stories, and surface the wonderful in each. Source
