Construction of the administrative complex in the temporary returnee camp in Torkham Township, located in Momandara district of Nangarhar province, is nearly 90 percent complete. According to officials, the complex is being built on an area of 2,500 square meters and will contain 67 administrative rooms. Once completed, it will provide essential services for Afghans recently returned from Pakistan and will streamline bureaucratic procedures, reducing multi-day processing to just a few hours.
