ProMat 2025 is a little different for Canadian companies this year. The four-day trade show, which took place at McCormick Place in Chicago, Il., featured companies from across the globe showcasing the latest technologies and solutions in a bid to compete for business. For Canadian manufacturers, that meant standing out in the midst of an ongoing trade war, which has seen tariffs levied on both sides of the border, and the pausing and unpausing of other tariffs.
