A quasi-experimental research design was employed, utilizing a single group with pre-test and post-test measurements to align with the study’s objectives. This study was conducted in the outpatient and inpatient for the following departments Cardiac Care Unit, Endocrine & Diabetes Unit, Hemodialysis Unit and Hematology Unit affiliated to Mansoura University Children’s Hospital and Pediatric Oncology department affiliated to Mansoura Oncology Center, Mansoura University, Egypt.
