    I don’t normally write about—or record videos about—my investments. I’d prefer they speak for themselves over time. But in this case Hone changed my life, and I think it’s important to spread the word to those who could also be helped. I don’t profess to be an athlete or “health nut,” but I do regard myself to be pretty healthy, physically and mentally. I stick to a fairly healthy diet, get seven and a half hours of sleep every night, and go to the gym on a regular basis.
