In 2024, four contributors to Door County Living and the Peninsula Pulse had books published. Those include an autobiographical exploration of golf, a photobook of Door County’s people and places, a personal coming-of-age novel and a local history book. Behind the Door: Profiles of a Peninsula by Kevin O’Donnell Door County is the sum of the people, places and things within it. Kevin O’Donnell highlighted that fact in his photobook, Behind the Door: Profiles of a Peninsula.
