This was my first time watching Wolves in the flesh for a couple of months and two things struck me. Number one is that Joao Gomes is brilliant. Number two, Andre is brilliant. And as a pair, they look unstoppable. Let's start with Joao. He was absolutely everywhere on Saturday, and while the game is not about how much you run, it is often about winning the ball back and distributing it wisely. That is exactly what Joao did time and time again.

Who doesn't love a good redemption story? The protagonist in this one is Djed Spence. The right-back was Tottenham's standout performer on Saturday, yet again balancing tough tackling with gliding, twinkle-toed runs down the wing. Spence's move to Spurs looked destined to be a failure. He barely featured under previous managers and even Ange Postecoglu admitted making it "difficult for him" earlier this season.

Image source, Getty ImagesThere are plenty of positives to ponder following Fulham's fine win against Nottingham Forest. Adama Traore's crosses were even more threatening than his pace, which is saying something. Raul Jimenez looked like he could score at every opportunity, even if he didn't, and Emile Smith-Rowe played the 10 role perfectly. But, I want to talk about Sasa Lukic.

This was always going to be a tricky one to navigate for Southampton. The Premier League's lowest scorers simply could not out-think a Burnley defence that just do not concede goals. Dare I say it was the perfect game for Saints forward and West Brom loanee Adam Armstrong, who got on the scoresheet for his new club instead. Despite a pretty abject performance, I thought Kamaldeen Sulemana had a good game for Southampton.
