The Trump family’s crypto empire is making a jump to the public markets. On Monday, various outlets reported that American Bitcoin, a crypto mining outfit helmed by the president’s sons Eric and Donald Jr., is merging with Gryphon Digital Mining, a Las Vegas-based operator of mining computers and data centers. Gryphon Digital was founded in 2020 and has been listed on the Nasdaq since last February.
