Hard to see Marta lose a final again. She's a legend and - probably? - won't play internationally again. She had a bit of a go at the referees, too, after the final whistle before accepting hugs from her teammates and the US team. What a player.

Lovely moment between Emma Hayes and Brazil coach Arthur Elias. Brazil lost Marta for basically half the tournament and barely made it out of the group but put together great performances against France, Spain and the US to come up just short. Parabens, for sure.

The French DJ goes with Springsteen at the final whistle, followed immediately by Bon Jovi. Fair enough.
