Foti, the owner of PDT Catering and formerly of PDT Market (now Franklin Square Market) in downtown Saratoga Springs, signed a lease for the restaurant space at 35 Maple Ave. in early January. The Massachusetts-based brewery has completed its multimillion-dollar campus project at 3376 South Broadway between the Saratoga Honda car dealership and the Homewood Suites hotel. It includes a brewery/taproom building that's nearly 23,000 square feet. The project has been in the works for nearly a year and a half.
