    A pastor, a real estate investor and a home brewer have teamed up to open a Troy taproom. Ilium Brewing Co. is officially opening in the Ilium Building in downtown Troy Friday. Michael Moore, co-founder of Ilium Brewing Co., said he, Gabe Guzman and Philip Pevzner are partners in the business. Pevzner purchased the Ilium Building at 406 Fulton St. in 2023 with plans to renovate the upper floors. The three met at church.
