Grace’s owner is only the third of this custom-built Raised Pilothouse built in Tacoma, Washington, in the American Northwest. It’s currently offered by Gilman Yachts for $2.095 million. The first owner brought the boat to Spencer Rybovich in 2002 where the interior layout was reconfigured and most of the joinery replaced. In 2005, the yard replaced the original Detroit Diesels with 1,550 hp CAT C-30s and added two new Northern Lights generators to provide reliable power while away from the dock.

Starship was built in 2001 as the 161-foot Gallant Lady. In 2014, it was extended to 185 feet at Rybovich in Palm Beach, Florida, and the name was changed from Newvida to My Seanna. The refit in 2020-2021 included the main engines top end rebuilt, complete through-hull valve replacement, over $450,000 in paint and polishing and more. Accommodations include six staterooms sleeping 12 guests as well as six crew cabins sleeping 11 including a captain’s cabin.

The 2011 70 Viking Enclosed Bridge known as Last Call has been updated by its current owner and is asking $2.845 million. According to the broker, Galati Yacht Sales, the vessel is fully equipped with upgraded electronics in 2019, an ASEA shore power converter system, dual water makers, ice chipper and interior upgrades. Last Call also features a 1,700-pound davit on the bow with a 13-foot 2019 Boston Whaler.
