    FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Sacred Heart University women's lacrosse head coach Laura Korutz is excited to announce the Pioneers' 2025 schedule, which features a competitive slate of non-conference matchups followed by a challenging Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) schedule. The Pioneers' offense will rely on a strong group of returning players: Maggie Araneo, who led the red and white last season in goals, and Shae Insinga, who finished fourth on the team with 26 goals.

    CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Sacred Heart University women's wrestling team concluded the 2025 NWCA National Duals on Saturday afternoon with a pair of victories against #14 Lock Haven University and the University of Mount Olive. The Pioneers, however, suffered a trio of setbacks to #6 Colorado Mesa, #7 Presbyterian College, and Emmanuel College. The two-day tournament was highlighted by an impressive undefeated record of 5-0 by senior Madison Sandquist at 180 pounds.

    CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Sacred Heart University men's wrestling teams headed to the Hawkeye State from Friday, Jan. 10 to Saturday, Jan. 11, to compete in the 2025 NWCA National Duals inside the UNI-Dome. The Pioneers competed against some of the top teams in the country, including the nationally ranked #7 Northern Iowa Panthers. SHU faced the University of Pennsylvania from the Ivy League, Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville of the Mid-American Conference, and the Cal Poly Mustangs.
