Over the years I've noticed that my most depressive moods are usually centralized around my time of the month. It always put a strain on my relationships because it is a time when my mind is filled with the impenetrable darkness of hopelessness, anger and despair. While it has made my husband's life difficult, most certainly, over the years he has taken the time to understand me and my moods. He has learned that while this is something that affects me, it is not me.
