Dave Andrusyk, the club president, said impacts from the U.S., such as the tariffs, dollar rate and customs issues with bringing animals across the border have caused cancellations of the annual Shrine Circus three years ago, and now their Vidalia onion sale. "The onion sale is one of the major fundraisers we do," Andrusyk said.

This week, the company announced it will be closing its showroom and moving to an online business.
