According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, a customer reported seeing an employee at Popeye’s in Palm Coast tapping her credit card twice while in the drive-thru last month, once for her order and then again to a cell phone. The victim said later that day, she found a $311.90 charge on her account.

(WFLA) - A St. Petersburg police officer was arrested Tuesday following an investigation for sharing confidential information with the man who placed two explosive devices at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Officer Brandon Klaiber was flagged late last year by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for sharing protected information with a suspect from the St. Pete Police Department's databases.

    FORT MYERS, Fla. (WFLA) — A juvenile who threw two kittens onto the roof of a clubhouse was arrested on an animal cruelty charge, according to the Fort Myers Police Department. Around 8 p.m. on Sunday, officers received an anonymous tip about a juvenile who was seen throwing kittens onto the roof of the Royal Palm Gardens clubhouse. When officers and the Fort Myers Fire Department arrived, they found one kitten dead.

    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A motorcyclist is dead following a crash in a St. Petersburg intersection on Monday afternoon. Police said 25-year-old Christian O’Donnell was riding his motorcycle southbound on Park Street North approaching the intersection of 40th Avenue North. A Honda Civic, in the northbound lanes of Park Street North, went to make a turn onto 40th Avenue North.
