Katie Konold, teacher and former girls’ basketball coach, accepted the new athletic director position for the 2023-24 school year. Konold is originally from Wyoming; however, she moved around a lot as a child. She lived in Montana at one point, as well. She grew up as a country girl on a ranch. After high school, she got the opportunity to play basketball at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. After college, she moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where she stayed for a while.
