Here's how to help Tennessee flooding victims with donations of money and supplies. Many Tennessee neighborhoods remain without water or power, and some communities lost homes and businesses in the destructive floods brought on by Hurricane Helene. Tennessee Emergency Management Agency director Patrick Sheehan encouraged the public to help by donating cash, to reputable organizations, Sheehan said, which allows flood survivors to get what they need when they need it.
