Lanzarote, one of Spain's Canary Islands off the coast of Africa, has been hit with heavy flooding after torrential rain battered the island over the weekend. The flooding is due to rain associated with Storm Oliver, which also made landfall in the neighbouring Canary Islands of Tenerife and Gran Canaria.
