I’m in the final three weeks of training for the 2024 Chicago Marathon and have logged 369 miles and 67 hours of running in preparation so far. A homeless man whose paintings were once featured at the Hickory Museum of Art was found dead in Taylorsville on Wednesday. Kenneth "Marley" Matthew Partee, 30, was found dead behind the Habitat for Humanity Restore in Taylorsville around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Taylorsville Police Chief Michael Millsaps said on Thursday. Millsaps said foul play is not suspected at this time. Taylorsville police are awaiting an autopsy to determine Partee's cause of death.
