    A STAR from HBO's hugely popular series The Last of Us delighted staff during a surprise visit to a Glasgow restaurant. Bella Ramsey, who is best known for playing Ellie on the show, popped into Ramen Dayo on Ashton Lane this week. The 21-year-old was all smiles in photos with staff members along with the cast of upcoming film Sunny Dancer. Dune actor Earl Cave, son of legendary rocker Nick Cave, was among the group who posed up for the snap.

    The store only opened in 2022A MAJOR clothing retailer is set to close down a Scottish store in a popular shopping centre. Regatta, which has over 60 branches across the UK, will shut its shop in Dundee’s Overgate. Shoppers were stunned after signs for a huge closing down sale appeared in the shop window on Wednesday, The Courier reports. The outdoor clothing retailer is offering customers 70 per cent off in the sale. There is currently no official closing date for the store.

Emergency crews raced to the scene in the capital at around 3.15pm on Tuesday, April 15. The alarm was raised after police received a report of a crash involving a taxi and a boy on South Gyle Broadway, near to Burne Cruik. The youngster was hit at a pedestrian crossing.

Forestry and Land Scotland said they have seen an increase in anti-social behaviour across the country after a string of vandalism and fly tipping. It comes after punters enjoyed getting outside during the recent hot and dry weather. The forestry body is now urging visitors to respect and protect the outdoors.
