The Coffee Club’s CEO Scott Meneilly will leave the hospitality chain to lead Pedders Suspension & Brakes from June 23. He is the first non-family boss for the 75 year-old aftermarket automotive brand, and it is Meneilly’s first non-food appointment since 2008. Meneilly has spent nearly two and a half years at the Minor DKL Food Group, undertaking a rebrand of the multi-format cafe and restaurant chain.

Sujata and DJ Bose started their Mail Boxes Etc (MBE) business in June 2021, and last year were thrilled to win the brand’s National Franchise of the Year award. Hog’s Breath Cafe has appointed Retail Food Group’s Tom Elliott as its new CEO. Elliott replaces Steven Spurgin who last month announced he would leave the casual dining brand in May after five years in the role. Elliott spent 14 years at Retail Food Group in marketing and as brand manager at Brumby’s, then as senior brand manager and GM at Donut King, and for the last three years Elliott headed up RFG corporate store operations.
