Harvard University, armed with different counsel, sued the Trump administration on Friday over its decision to prohibit international students from enrolling in its school. Several partners at Jenner & Block are representing Harvard in the Friday complaint, in addition to the school’s counsel at Quinn Emanuel and King & Spalding. Those Jenner lawyers include Ishan Bhabha, the firm’s co-managing partner, as well as Ian Heath Gershengorn, Lauren J. Hartz and Andrianna Kastanek.
