    Rapid Response: Dear Editor,I was pleased to read that BMJ is taking its climate commitments one step further by banning advertising from banks which fund fossil fuels and and commiting to divest from fossil fuels. I look forward to seeing this new commitment included in the guidance for sponsors and advertisers,[1] as this will be a good model for other organisations to follow.

The article misses the key point that all healthcare provided in any given jurisdiction, England or the UK, for example, draws on the same pool of resources.
