The hospices are at varying degrees of implementation and confidence in the use of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROM). PROM are currently not in use within nurse-led hospice care at home services. Aims Using a national, cross departmental steering group to drive and support the roll out of PROM across all 9 hospices.
