    In the Labour Government’s first Budget, held on 30 October 2024, significant reforms of Agricultural Property Relief (APR) and Business Property Relief (BPR) from inheritance tax (IHT) were announced. A short accompanying paper was released on the day. However, a consultation (to be held in early 2025) will contain further detail, particularly regarding the application of the reforms to trusts.
