Dow James Memorial Park was the setting for a community gathering that brought baseball fans, young and old, pitting players from the current Tooele Buffaloes roster against alumni from the over the years. During the game, which was two years in the making, pitted the 2024-25 Tooele High team against a group of “old guys” ranging from current coaches in Tooele High athletics, such as the boys basketball coach Justin Pollmann, to prominent figures throughout the community.

With only six games remaining in region play, the Stansbury Stallions baseball team will look to get itself into prime shape ahead of May’s 4A Baseball State Championship. Currently sitting at fourth place in Region 10 of the 4A classification, Stansbury has two key series against cross-town rival Tooele High and the currently undefeated Park City Miners.
