In case you don’t already know, Arccos records shot data from every golfer using its sensors – including distance, location, dispersion, etc.

    During COVID, John Viera of Saline, Mich. decided to repurpose some unused space in his basement. With limited room, he figured he’d convert it into a pinball arcade. Then a contractor showed up to give an estimate for finishing off the area, and suggested that Viera might instead use it for a golf simulator. “I thought that would be awesome,” recalls Viera. “But being it was a traditional basement, it had a seven-and-a-half-foot ceiling, right down to the joists. So I didn’t think I could do it.

    Pulling a rich double shot of espresso first thing in the morning has become my essential ritual to waking up. And then shortly afterwards, I have a second one. Then I make a full cup of coffee for my wife. While you would think that would be an easy task on many coffee machines, it's tougher than you might imagine on the many I've tried. It always seems like machines are geared toward making specialty drinks like espresso, or just coffee. But not necessarily both.

    I knew I was in trouble the moment I saw the cement disappear. While taking my electric scooter out to run a quick errand last week, I toppled right over the top of the handlebars and smacked my head on the ground. Having ridden scooters for seven years now, I feel like I’m pretty accomplished at it. But I tried to make a 90° turn onto a sidewalk from a bike trail -- unfortunately at about 92°. Too tight.
