    PUNTA GORDA — Authorities said the investigation into the April 1 on-the-water incident involving Brock Horner came together quickly and resulted in his arrest late Friday. Horner, 40, was located in Port Charlotte and taken into custody without incident. He is facing charges of burglary with assault or battery.
