After testing the waters in 270 micro competition, Mickley advanced into a 600 micro a year ago. Shortly thereafter, when the All Star series was subsequently shuttered and High Limit announced its plan as a second national series that would compete directly with the World of Outlaws, it was presumed that the All Stars and their rich history was gone forever.
