(InvestigateTV) — After years of renting, Caitlin Hillyard and Ben Weinberg were thrilled to finally be able to buy a townhouse in a neighborhood they’d already grown to love just outside Chicago. It felt like the American dream came true until they realized their neighbor was a nightmare. “Sometimes it feels like sleeping inside a factory,” Weinberg said. The couple lives about 300 feet from a set of tracks where trains often stop for hours.
