DiscussionWith the recent experience from the pandemic, it is very clear that virtual consultation has come to stay as an integral part of the ambulatory care continuum in all facets of chronic disease care. Adoption of this innovation on a large and sustainable scale can significantly alter clinic workflows and impact quality of care and patient safety.
