By: Sean CroseWBC super middleweight champion Caleb Plant defended his title Saturday night in Las Vegas against Armando Resendiz. The scheduled 12 rounder was the main event of a PBC card that was broadcast live on Amazon Prime. A confident Plant dominated the first courtesy of the champion’s long jab. Resendiz was a bit more aggressive in the second, but it was still still Plant’s potent jab that told the tale of the round. Yet Resendiz was able to land hard, effective shots in the third.

By: Sean Crose There’s a lot of talk lately about a high profile match that may be down the road between former world titlists Caleb Plant and Jermall Charlo. Both men are looking to get back on track after significant setbacks, after all. What’s more, the two men essentially seem evenly matched. It might not be a legit superfight, but a throwdown between the two men would certainly be a point of interest for fight fans. Plant, however, isn’t focused on Charlo right now.

By: Sean CroseFresh off an impressive win over Bruno Surace earlier this month, Jaime Munguia tested positive for having a banned substance in his system. According to ESPN, VADA found exogenous testosterone metabolites in Munguia’s A-Sample. Munguia reportedly has ten days to put in a request for his B-Sample to be reviewed. Although A and B samples are rarely anything other than a match, it’s not entirely impossible that the A-Sample finding in this case was the result of a screwup.

When my daughter was a little girl, I took her to see Houston Ballet at Jacob’s Pillow. It was her first time seeing a professional company & they were divine. Now, years later, we will be heading to TX for her to train at their summer intensive. Must find rental with pool!🔥🩰 https://t.co/Z4Ar2ahuIz
