If Everton lose today, which they're on course to do, they won't have won a game since February 15th yet the mood will be totally different from what it could have been if Sean Dyche was still in charge. Of course, they also wouldn't be in the same position if Dyche was in place.

Think Everton would be foolish not to pay £15m for Alcaraz in the summer. Very obvious a step up in quality when he gets on the ball compared to other midfielders in squad and that price is not high at all in current market.
