PSV Eindhoven will not take up an option to sign Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia in the summer, and he will be returning to Old Trafford. That’s according to Eindhovens Dagblad, via Voetbal Primeur, who report that PSV have not been convinced by the defender and so will be sending him back to Manchester United at the end of the season. Malacia joined the Dutch club on loan at the end of the January transfer window after it was made clear that he was not a part of Ruben Amorim’s plans.

Arsenal defender Riccardo Calafiori is the subject of an ongoing battle between Roma and Basel over €8m. That’s according to 4-4-2, who say the two sides remain locked in a legal dispute over the Arsenal defender after his move in 2022. They explain that the dispute concerns the share of the Italian’s resale percentage, which was due to be shared out following his move to Arsenal last summer.
