CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Joshua Pike and his wife, seeking a life change after six years in Colorado law enforcement, returned to Casper. Transitioning from their law enforcement background, they established Ragnar Defense, focusing on training law enforcement canines and providing service dogs to the disabled community, along with pet services. Pike, a former Army veteran, stated that moving to Casper and working with dogs has been therapeutic for his PTSD.

Casper, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Since its establishment in 2000, the Daniels Fund has awarded over $1.1 billion in grants and scholarships. In 2023, nonprofit organizations and students received $7.1 million in grants and awards from the Daniels Fund. Hanna Skandera, the CEO and President of Daniels Fund, highlighted the significant investment in Wyoming, amounting to nearly $110 million since 2008.
