To evaluate the effects of socioeconomic factors on the operative treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injuries and outcomes following surgical reconstruction. A retrospective cohort study of primary anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgeries at a single institution performed from 2011 to 2015 with minimum 2-year follow-up was conducted.
