(Bloomberg) -- Middle Eastern oil that loads outside the Persian Gulf and at least one Malaysian grade are suddenly more popular with Asian buyers as the Israel-Iran conflict threatens to imperil the passage of vessels through the Strait of Hormuz. Take Murban, which can be exported from Jebel Dhana on the Persian Gulf and, if purchased on the ICE Futures Abu Dhabi exchange, from Fujairah on the Indian Ocean-side of the strait.
