Can your hobby land you a job? In my case, yes (sort of). I spent a huge chunk of last week at the Singapore Indoor Stadium watching the Singapore Badminton Open, and it got me thinking of how I got started in journalism. 🏸 During my teenage years, when all my friends were crazy about actors/singers, I was all about badminton (I'm Indonesian, after all). I was so into it that I volunteered to write for a badminton magazine. 🗣 I was quickly enamoured by the excitement of seeing the actions up close.

I love this 15-minute walking (and bonding) session with Alita Utari Dewi. Getting more movements during the day doesn't have to be an intensive exercise. It can be as simple as a 15-minute walk on a treadmill for a start. Sometimes, we get overwhelmed by the expectations we build for ourselves that we end up not doing anything at all. I'm guilty of this and have to constantly remind myself that sometimes the best thing to do is to just start.
