Median arcuate ligament compression (MALC) related visceral artery aneurysms (VAA) are significant due to their high risk of rupture. There remains a paucity of data regarding this entity. We present a 22-year single-center experience in the treatment of MALC-related VAA. A retrospective review of patients from 1999-2021 whom presented with MALC-related VAA was performed. A total of 21 patients (12 males) and 39 VAAs associated with MALC were encountered (mean age: 59-years).
