Posted: The old pesky area of low pressure is moving farther away from our area.   As a result, we’re expecting abundant sunshine along with much warmer temps for the remainder of this week. Several spots will be reaching and even surpassing the 90 degree mark. In the meantime,  a few showers still can’t be ruled out this evening. Any lingering rain activity will diminish before 10pm.  We begin to dry out and heat up as the week progresses.
