Today, the Central Bank of Ireland published the ConsumerProtection Code 2025 ("CPC 2025")comprising:the Consumer Protection Code Central Bank ReformAct 2010 (Section 17A) (Standards for Business) Regulations2025 ("Standards for BusinessRegulations"); andthe Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act2013 (Section 48) (Consumer Protection) Regulations 2025("Consumer ProtectionRegulations"). The new provisions will become effective on 24 March 2026.
