James Gunn's Superman is about to kick off the new DCU on the big screen. With that has come a whole ton of anticipation for the latest iterations of some of DC’s most popular heroes. For example, Batman is at the top of that list with the Justice League member set to appear in the upcoming film The Brave and the Bold. The character has already made a shadowy cameo in Creature Commandos Season 1, but we don't know how this Dark Knight will look or who will be playing him.

As the weather becomes warmer, DC fans are getting closer and closer to the release of James Gunn's Superman. The first cinematic entry in the co-head of DC Studios' new DCU is set to be full of iconic Justice League members and infamous villainous rogues that’ll be looking to make David Corenswet’s Man of Steel bleed. Ahead of the film's summer release, companies like Funko and McFarlane Toys have been showing DC’s flagship hero in a yellow sun full of merchandise.

The horror genre is currently dominating the box office. 2025 has already seen a whole slew of original films that are destined to become cult classics. The latest one is the romantic horror thriller Drop. Director Christopher Landon's latest genre affair made moviegoers' own first-date mishaps look like small inconveniences in comparison. While the film only opened up in the number five spot at the box office this past weekend, the reviews have been nothing short of glowing.
