High localized probe density greatly improves signalling stability of supramolecular electrochemical aptamer-based (Supra-EAB) sensors DNA aptamers have emerged as a promising class of probes for the development of biosensors. The adjustment of probe densities has been often limited by tunning DNA concentrations. Herein we introduce a class of Supra-EAB sensors to introduce localized high probe densities and achieved significantly improved stability against enzymes.
