Theme — Cheese“Weeks are the four-on-the-floor kick-drum of eternity” Russell DaviesOn Tuesday this week I had photos taken for my new website. Some of you will know that it is not my favourite thing to do. After a recommendation from Sarah Drummond I booked a session with Rotterdam based Sarah Tulej who had a slot available in London. I booked a meeting room in a co-working space and we used that, some of the common areas and the surrounding streets including some great brick walls.

They have COPD, Sjogren’s syndrome, Fybromyagia, Arthritis, Neuropathy, and some others between them. This means that moving around is difficult for both and my Mum has problems with her hands. A lot of physical disabilities.

The latest House Price Index from property website Zoopla reveals that 2024 is set to be a bumper year for house sales. Rising incomes combined with average mortgage rates at their lowest for two years, have resulted in the highest level of new sales since late 2020. Comparatively, house prices are rising slowly, up by just one per cent over the last 12 months, compared to minus 0.9 per cent a year ago.
